Staying Safe on Social Media

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to share a little reminder about social media safety. It’s so easy to forget that even small things we post can give away more info than we realize. I’ve started being a bit more careful with what I share—like not posting my address, phone number, or exactly when I’m going on vacation.

I also try to be careful with friend requests or messages from people I don’t know. Sometimes they seem totally normal, but it’s better to double-check before clicking anything. And honestly, just going through my privacy settings made me realize how much of my stuff was public without me even noticing 😅

Another thing I started doing is using two-factor authentication wherever possible. It’s a little extra step, but it makes me feel a lot safer.

It’s not about being paranoid—just little things that can help keep us out of trouble. Has anyone else made small changes like this or had moments where they realized, “oh, maybe I shouldn’t have posted that”? Would love to hear your thoughts.
