Hey guys, I was scrolling through some sites and stumbled upon a bunch of user reviews about Littlebox India that got me thinking, so wanted to share here for discussion. Not jumping to any conclusions yaar, but when so many people are saying similar things, it makes you wonder what's really happening with this brand. Seems like there are tons of posts on social media where folks are complaining about how long their orders took to reach, or sometimes they never arrived at all, and customer service is super slow or just not helpful at all.
On one review app, people have given it really low stars and mentioned deliveries were delayed badly with no proper updates. Some said they ordered for a special occasion like Diwali or a birthday gift, but it got delayed so much that the event passed without the item arriving. Others complained about sizing issues, like the clothes didn't match the photos on the site or fit properly.
There's also this thread on a consumer forum where a few people shared that they placed orders and the dispatch dates kept getting postponed again and again. A couple of them tried chasing via WhatsApp or email, but got no proper response even after multiple follow-ups.
