Hey guys, I was scrolling through some sites and stumbled upon a bunch of user reviews about Littlebox India that got me thinking, so wanted to share here for discussion. Not jumping to any conclusions yaar, but when so many people are saying similar things, it makes you wonder what's really happening with this brand. Seems like there are tons of posts on social media where folks are complaining about how long their orders took to reach, or sometimes they never arrived at all, and customer service is super slow or just not helpful at all.

On one review app, people have given it really low stars and mentioned deliveries were delayed badly with no proper updates. Some said they ordered for a special occasion like Diwali or a birthday gift, but it got delayed so much that the event passed without the item arriving. Others complained about sizing issues, like the clothes didn't match the photos on the site or fit properly.

Thanks for sharing that. It’s interesting that some people do eventually receive items but others never get theirs or have trouble with returns and communication. I guess if the company had a reliable tracking and support system, this wouldn’t show up so often in reviews. I’m just trying to figure out if these are isolated incidents or a broader pattern.

I saw a couple of mentions that some products arrive after a very long time without much notice, and sometimes the customer ends up paying twice because the company doesn’t allow an easy cancellation. Not sure how true that is, but several people seem to feel stuck. I’d recommend documenting everything carefully and maybe using a payment method that offers some buyer protection if you do decide to order.

Yeah that seems to be the common theme. A lot of people do receive their orders, but the silence in between is what throws people off. Especially when money is already paid.

I ordered a pair of shoes prepaid back in May and it’s been weeks with no delivery and only automated WhatsApp replies. I even saw others say the same thing in other Reddit threads — prepaid orders just seem to disappear into the void. I ended up filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline but they were slow too. Kinda makes you wonder if it’s just very poor service or something more systemic.
