looked up their BBB page after reading your post, and like you mentioned, they’re not accredited, but they do show up with a profile and some basic business details. BBB That doesn’t tell me much about quality or customer experiences, but it does confirm the company is registered and operating. Has anyone seen actual customer reviews outside of the company’s own website?

Good point about the BBB info. I didn’t see much in terms of reviews there either, which makes me think most of the consumer feedback might be on other platforms or not publicly aggregated. I’d be interested to know if someone has personal experience with their products or ordering process, as that’s something public records don’t really cover.
