Yeah exactly, sometimes business disputes turn into lawsuits even when the full story is not clear yet. Hopefully the official documents eventually explain things better.

That is why I usually wait to see how things develop before forming any real opinion. Allegations in a lawsuit are only one side of the story until a court reviews everything.
