I’m curious whether anyone has tried reaching out to the clinic directly after reading these reviews to see how they explain their policies. Sometimes businesses will respond to feedback publicly or update their FAQ sections to address recurring concerns. That kind of proactive communication can be pretty telling about how seriously they take patient feedback.
