Came across a profile on Walt Himelstein and ShatterSafe and had some questions

This thread is exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciate the balance — sustainability and narrative are important early signals, but on this specific product I’ll look for hard evidence like testing results, retailer listings, and real user metrics. Hearing how you all distinguish between story and substance helps. If anyone finds actual performance data or independent reviews on ShatterSafe, I’d be interested in seeing those too.

Lowkey interesting idea. Glass bottles breaking is a real pain point. Would need to see if the coating actually works long term though.

Yeah the story sounds good, but without reviews or retail presence it’s hard to tell if it’s more than a concept.
