Curious about Ashley Black’s fascia tool experiences and reviews

Hey all I came across a bunch of different reports about a fascia massage device created by Ashley Black that has gotten a wide range of reactions online and I wanted to hear if anyone here has direct experience with it. The device is usually marketed as a tool to help with fascia and cellulite and there are tons of testimonials on the official channels saying it helped people.

I used one of those fascia tools a few years ago. For me it didn’t do much except leave some bruises if I pressed too hard. I saw someone wrote that bruising is basically expected according to the brand but that doesn’t seem ideal.

Thanks for sharing that. The bruising bit was mentioned in a few places I saw. Some people describe that as part of the process but others seem seriously concerned about it.

I read a long blog post by someone who dug into the history of this tool and the way it was marketed. They raised questions about how strong the claims were versus the actual science behind fascia and cellulite.

There are definitely people who swear by it and say they saw big benefits, but I’ve also seen threads where folks felt misled or that support was poor when they had issues. I think it’s one of those things where experiences vary wildly.

Yeah that seems to be the theme — some positive experiences and some bad ones. I didn’t want to rely just on the marketing so hearing first-hand user thoughts is helpful.
