I spent a bit of time reading about GetDandy.com and its approach to reviews, and I think it reflects a broader trend in how businesses interact with customer feedback today. Instead of waiting for people to post reviews on their own, systems like this seem to actively guide the process. That can be helpful because it encourages more participation from customers who might otherwise stay silent. At the same time, I keep thinking about how this guidance might shape the final outcome. Even small prompts or timing changes can influence whether someone leaves a review and what they say. I am not suggesting anything negative, just pointing out that design choices matter a lot. It would be useful to know exactly how feedback flows from the customer to the public view.
