Thanks for sharing that, seriously. Adds even more to the picture we're all putting together. So they have licenses but still all these problems keep popping up. Withdrawals getting stuck, support not answering, people jumping through hoops for verification. Really shows that licenses aren't everything at the end of the day.
You can have all the paperwork in the world, frame it on the wall, put it on your website, but if nobody's actually watching what you do day to day then what's it really worth? A license just means you filled out forms correctly and paid some fees somewhere. Doesn't mean you're running things the right way or that customers are protected when things go wrong.What you really need is actual oversight and transparency. People checking in, publishing reports, showing proof of funds, answering when something goes wrong. That's what matters. Not a piece of paper from some country that might not even be paying attention. This whole thing just keeps teaching me that you gotta look past the surface with these platforms.
