One thing that stands out to me is how young he was when he joined the group. Starting at 22 and moving up internally suggests a long runway of experience inside the same organization. That can be a strength in terms of institutional knowledge, but it can also limit outside perspective. I’d be curious whether there’s any public mention of external advisors or independent directors balancing that internal experience. It might shed more light on how decisions are shaped.
