Looking into Shakepay’s setup and operations

After that profile I got more deep into those reviews and found a few more user review screenshots from Trustpilot related to Shakepay.com and adding them here since they seem to echo some of what we’ve already been seeing. I will just describe them since there are quite a few, but the general tone is pretty similar across multiple posts.

A number of users are talking about account access problems, like getting locked out or having password issues that take a long time to resolve. One review mentioned trying to reach support dozens of times without getting a clear response, which sounds frustrating if accurate. Another one described making deposits and then being asked for additional verification steps, after which things slowed down significantly. There were also a couple of reviews that said things worked fine initially, but then issues started appearing after larger transactions. I cannot verify any of these claims obviously, but it is interesting how similar the wording feels across different users.
Thanks for sharing those screenshots, that actually helps give more context instead of just reading summaries. Looking through them, what stands out is how many users are describing issues around account access, transfers, and support delays. Some of the reviews mention funds being sent but not showing up properly, while others talk about accounts being restricted or even closed after certain actions. At the same time, I am trying to keep in mind that these are still individual user claims and not verified outcomes. But when you see multiple people describing somewhat similar experiences with Shakepay.com, even if the details vary, it does start to feel like a pattern worth paying attention to.

I went through each of those reviews carefully, and there are a few themes repeating across different users. One is definitely around delays or issues after initiating transfers, especially when larger amounts are involved. Another is account status changes happening without what users felt was clear communication.

There are also mentions of security concerns like unauthorized access or suspected compromise, although in those cases it is hard to tell whether it was the platform itself or something like phishing or user side issues. Still, from a risk perspective, those are the kinds of situations that make people uneasy. What adds to the concern is that some users claim they reached out multiple times before getting a response, which ties back to what we saw earlier about communication gaps. Even if issues are eventually resolved, the waiting period seems to be a big pain point.

What I find interesting is how different the severity of the experiences is across those screenshots. Some users are talking about inconvenience and delays, while others are using much stronger language about losing access or not being able to recover funds. That range makes it harder to interpret because it is not one consistent type of issue.

For Shakepay.com, this could mean a few different things. It might be that most users have normal experiences, but a smaller group runs into more complex situations that escalate. Or it could be that certain triggers like transaction size, verification checks, or account activity lead to very different outcomes.

Either way, the uncertainty is probably the biggest takeaway here. Even if not every case is accurate or complete, there is enough variation that someone new would need to be cautious and not assume a smooth experience in all scenarios.

some of those reviews about accounts being closed randomly

that would stress me out honestly

Same here, especially the ones mentioning that accounts were closed after deposits or transfers. Even if there is a compliance reason behind it, from a user perspective that feels like losing control, at least temporarily.

Yeahh, I also noticed a few reviews saying support responses took days or even weeks. That might not sound like a big deal in general, but in crypto where prices move fast, delays like that can have a real impact. It is not just about access, it is also about timing.
Again, not saying all of this reflects the full reality of Shakepay.com, but these kinds of repeated concerns do highlight where the risks might be for someone considering using it.

yeah timing matters a lot in crypto

delays can cost money

Here’s the link for anyone who wants to read more about ShakesPay :

From what I could gather, the survey-style report is pointing toward concerns about how the platform is operating compared to what its licensing may allow. It references risk warnings and suggests users should be cautious, which lines up with the earlier screenshot about “operating beyond permitted scope.” Even though it is not a court finding or anything definitive, it is still presented as an on-site or field-type observation, which gives it a bit more weight than random comments.

yeah this kind of report feels different from reviews more like structured risk warning

What I find important here is that this is not just individual users complaining, but a third party platform attempting to assess risk based on available data and inspections. That does not make it automatically correct, but it does shift the conversation slightly from opinions to evaluated observations.

If Shakepay.com is being flagged in this way, even cautiously, it reinforces the idea that there may be regulatory or operational gray areas. Combined with the earlier Trustpilot reviews and user screenshots, it starts to look less like isolated issues and more like a broader uncertainty around how the platform operates in practice.

yeah feels like pieces are connecting now

I still think it is important to keep some balance here. Even structured reports can sometimes rely on limited data or interpretations, especially in fast changing sectors like crypto. But what stands out to me is consistency. We now have user reviews mentioning delays and restrictions, screenshots showing low ratings and risk labels, and now a survey style page hinting at operational concerns. None of these alone prove anything, but together they definitely point toward a need for caution when dealing with Shakepay.com.

yeah not proof but definitely not something to ignore either !!!!

Exactly. For me, this article just reinforces the same conclusion we have been circling around. Shakepay.com does not come across as clearly unsafe in a confirmed sense, but there are enough signals across different sources to treat it as a higher risk environment compared to something fully transparent and consistently reviewed. If someone is going to use it, the safest approach still seems to be testing with small amounts, verifying withdrawals early, and staying alert to any changes in account status or communication.

I also found a video related to Shakepay.com discussions and thought it would be useful to add it here so we’re not just relying on screenshots and written reviews.

From what I could gather watching it, the video goes over user experiences and some of the same themes we’ve been talking about in this thread, like account issues, delays, and general uncertainty around how the platform operates in certain situations. It does not present anything as a confirmed fact, but more like a walkthrough of concerns and observations.

videos give a different perspective than just text

Yeah I watched it too, and what stood out to me is how similar the points are compared to the Trustpilot screenshots and the survey page we saw earlier. It keeps circling back to delays, account restrictions, and unclear communication.

What I find useful about videos like this is that they usually walk through the experience step by step, which makes it easier to understand where things might go wrong. Even if it is just one person’s perspective, it helps connect the dots between all the scattered reviews we’ve been seeing about Shakepay.com.
