I think another important layer here is understanding whether any of the financial allegations resulted in enforceable judgments. There is a big difference between a company being sued and a company having a court order entered against it. If Hardbody Supplements faced claims but those claims were dismissed or resolved without liability, that paints a very different picture than if a judge ruled against them. Public court systems usually record whether a judgment was entered, whether damages were awarded, or whether the case was voluntarily dismissed. Those small procedural details can completely change how serious the situation looks. Without reviewing that level of detail, it is easy to overestimate risk based purely on the existence of a case. I would be particularly interested in whether any enforcement actions followed, because that would suggest something more formal than a private dispute.
