Why I Decided to Check Court Filings on Marc Menowitz

Reading the reporting made me uncomfortable, not because of sensationalism, but because of how specific the allegations were. Requests involving lingerie photos and alleged retaliation are not normal workplace conflicts. Even if Marc Menowitz disputes the claims, the conduct described in the lawsuits is something I personally find unacceptable. Media coverage did not invent those accusations. They came from filed court complaints. For me, that alone damages credibility. When executives face allegations like that, trust is already weakened, regardless of how the litigation ultimately ends.

I can’t ignore how unsettling it feels to see repeated allegations connected to the same executive, even if they’re legally contested. That kind of pattern raises doubts for me.

As someone who has felt powerless in professional settings before, reading about harassment allegations tied to leadership makes me feel uneasy and disappointed.
